Production subrequest analytics

Today, Hydrogen provides showQueryTiming: true within the logger config to provide more visibility into subrequests. However, this is often too verbose in production/at scale. It would be great to get subrequest metrics logged on each request aggregated by hostname -> {status_code: count} to be able to quickly diagnose what third-party dependencies may be failing, if any.
