Provide an outputDir option in shopify hydrogen cli

I'm currently trying to build a plugin to generate Shopify projects in NX monorepos, looking at the $ shopify hydrogen build options, it does not provide an outputDir option to have the build in a different folder than <root>/dist, I also try adding the outDir option directly in vite.config.js but it does not work.

Having an option directly in the hydrogen cli would be convenient for monorepo structures. I tried looking at different parts of the docs and the CLI itself but I can not find this functionality

Back in the day, I couldn't find any solution, so I had to build the project in the same app folder. That was the only option. But then news came out about Shopify refactoring to Remix, so we decided to move away from Hydrogen and start with Remix from scratch. Due to the sudden changes, all of this to say that I'm not aware of whether the latest Hydrogen version has a solution for this or not.

Unluckily no --outputDir flag was added.
When trying to confiugure the dist directory through remix.config.js stops the build as the shopify hydrogen cli prevents the customisation of these params.

It looks like hydrogen still struggles to fit in a monorepo structure.
