I use this website https://uifabricicons.azurewebsites.net to find appropriate icons for my SPFx web part development.
It is showing unauthorized access.

The site you're referring to — https://uifabricicons.azurewebsites.net/ — is related to Fluent UI (formerly Office UI Fabric), which is used broadly across various Microsoft web development platforms, including SPFx.

Since this tool is part of the Fluent UI ecosystem and not maintained by the SharePoint team, we recommend raising the issue in the Fluent UI GitHub repository instead:
