Intel Server Error: The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed. #4

Hi,
I'm unable to report any intel to my Intel Server due to the error "Intel Server Error: The remote server returned an error: (405) Method Not Allowed." from the Reporter. I figured this would be an issue with the server however I cannot see any 405 responses in the Tomcat access log, and when I use a REST client to simulate intel from the same computer, it sends it without any issues.
Has anyone had similar issues to this before?
