I can't load this example

I am a beginner with sencha architect. I'm trying to learn by your example, but when I try to load it, does not recognize the resources, nor the image contained book.view sight. I tried to find this library but does not exist: http://extjs.cachefly.net/designer/IO/ Can you tell me the correct load as in this example?
