Visual Refresh

The metro design language is looking a little long in the tooth. Seems like we could use a visual refresh.

Let me float out the option to Amy who did our stickers and see if she has any time to refresh the visual look. Alternatively, I can try and find a designer at my office that has some free time to update the look. Keeping Bootstrap in mind for a responsive design. I'll be clear this is purely a volunteer effort, but would be nice if we have an amazon gift card or something to toss their way for the work.
