README points to the wrong place for binaries

Hi @gdevenyi,

Sorry I missed this issue earlier!
I have update the readme to point to the releases for the project and removed the old references to ToolBin.
I also added links to various wiki pages we're created to host some of the documentation.

I am going to mark this issue closed, but feel free to reopen it if you see any additional issues we need to correct!
