Select Basemap

Story
As a user, I should be able to select a basemap for my story.

Acceptance Criteria
Given a user wants to select a basemap.
When the user performs a gesture on a new basemap affordance
Then then the basemap will be fetched from an online host.
The user will have an affordance to save the basemap for their story.
