"Included files expected"

i am unable to open the project in both the LTS and standard version of game maker. When i try to import/open the project, it fails and gives me the following error, but only in the non-LTS IDE:

`Load Error: C:\path\to\project\ReBootEngine.yyp(264,3): GMSC Error: includedFiles expected.`

Chances are its just an error with Game Maker and not ReBoot, but I may as well inform you just because.
