[1.4.3] beam attachments equipped on weapon dupe themselves

In this relatively large modpack there is a bug with the Power Beam in which hovering your mousecursor over it in your inventory (or a chest) causes copies of equipped upgrades to be spawned in your inventory every frame, littering both your inventory and the world with an absurd amount of copies.
The morphball doesnt seem to have this issue.

Edit: tested with the Missile weapon, which also dupes.
