Talk aggregate #10
Description
Specify and implement commands/events/projections attached to the Talk aggregate.

The Talk aggregate is responsible for managing :
- scheduling of a talk
- cancellation of a talk by the speaker
A Talk can be attached to at least one Speaker
Specific documentation of the Talk aggregate must be added to the corresponding wiki page
