feat(chat): Snoozed messages

Often times, there are messages that I've to do something about at some point but not right away. While it might be a good idea to provide some sort of calendar integration, it's still not the same. It wold be great if as a user, I can just quickly snooze messages for a specific date and time in the future. When that time arrives, I'll get a notification from the app w/ a direct link to the message in question. We'll also want a separate view for viewing all snoozed messages and an option to unsnooze them.

We could also make it easy to snooze to a time that's mentioned in the message. This combined with #51, would be even more useful.
