add option to re-install

currently, if a re-install is desired or if something during the execution of the script did go wrong, manual deletion of existing folders is required. 
Automate this step by pre-pending a check if folders exists and if so, ask if old installation shall be deleted.
Also acts as a fail-safe to prevent installing over a productive or operational environment
