Add gas consumption benchmarks

Benchmark gas usage for critical operations to prevent regression.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Measure gas for create_hunt, add_clue, submit_answer
• Measure gas for register_player, get_leaderboard
• Measure gas for distribute_rewards, mint_nft
• Store benchmarks for CI comparison
