Feat: encrypt and decrypt strings

You could add this feature, but to do it right would introduce concepts which don't currently exist in stringzy.

Firstly, you need to use the Web Crypto API in the browser, and the crypto module in node. Though they're both widely available (baseline in browsers, node 16+), they're something that's not entirely self-contained in stringzy.

Secondly, they're async APIs, so you need to handle the promise, or await them. Again, this is like nothing which currently exists in stringzy.

Any hand-rolled synchronous implementation would not be secure. It's either going to rely on non-cryptographic random numbers, or will be some old long-broken algorithm like RC4.

If the crypto dependency and promise isn't a problem, I can make a PR. But seems to me like it's a big departure from the spirit of the project at present.
