Stencil issues related to NisAI

1. A lot of dependency issues, conflicting dependencies.
2. A new branch was cut off to make login molecule work which is not the ideal way (and it was still not working very well).
3. Some molecules seem forced for example result accordion.

General Stencil Enhancement

1. Have more defined structure of what a Stencil Molecule should be and when one component should be published to Stencil and when it should not.
2. Molecules should not be extracted from design but rather designs should provide molecules as they have complete knowledge of the library and all designs across the applications should use those molecules.
