Compile ygopro-core for Linux Operating system

Task
Compile x32 ocgcore for 32 bit linux systems. Place in src/core/bin/linux/ia32 folder.

Acceptance Criteria
Given that ygosalvation-server is configurated correctly and running on a x64 Linux system:

1. ygosalvation-server should launch with 32bit check in place
2. ygosalvation-server UI should load and a game should be able to start.
3. User should be able to duel using current automatic systems
