Implement Tournament Interface

Create a screen displaying the active Tournament

Use Case

1. User clicks tournament tab.
2. If user sees a branching illistration of the current tournament state.
3. if open user may enter an empty tournament slot.
4. If not open, user may enter an active duel.

When time for a user to duel they are automatically connected to the duel after a warning notification.
