Visualization bug in tutorial.

I'm trying to play tutorial but encounter the visualization bug like above.
When I have time, I'll try to fix this.

This is hard for me to debug without access to your results/program database. Can you try to create a minimal reproducible examples?

Oh, This is just tutorial.
I believe you can reproduce it by executing the cells in the tutorial from top to bottom. (Sorry if I got something wrong.)
