[Bug]: HNN Learner in Curios slot cannot reach Self-Aware #471 #27

What happened?
When a Hostile Neural Network's Learner is in the Curios Slot, a Model at Full Superior Level cycles back to Basic Level instead of reaching the Self-Aware Level.
How do you trigger this bug?
- Place an HNN Learner with models in Curios Slot
- Train the model up to full Superior Level
- Train the model again and it cycles back to Basic instead of reaching Self-Aware.
