Please can you share the step if i want to add any json source.

Why would you import it as OSINT source? For CVE there is support for Mitre CVE list. You can import this one and use it in reports. OSINT sources are usually RSS, ATOM or scraped websites.

I am downloading the CPE, CWE and CVE dictionaries by following the steps described in Taranis-NG /README. md
the problems I cannot see them neither in the dashboard, nor in the sections of the TaranisNG.
also, I tried to configure my assets but no CPE is coming.
please can you tell how ?

Those are not supposed to be there. Those are dictionaries which are available to choose from when you fill in (for example) vulnerability report.
