As PCH are supported for VisualStudio's project, it would be a good improvment to support it for the Intel Compiler.

Intel compiler 8 and 9 support PCH.
It can be used with the commands :

-pch       enable automatic precompiled header file creation/usage
-create_pch <file> create precompiled header file
-use_pch <file>    use precompiled header file
-pch_dir <dir>     name precompiled header directory
