Needs to have a uniform style-sheet that is understandable to our specific clientele. The color scheme is on GitHub if necessary, though we can always switch it later.

More modern design principles dictate padding in places helps it look cleaner, as a rule of thumb to keep in mind; the design lectures on the CSCE490 page should help as well.

The majority of these have been finalized and pages are following a specific, out-lined .css design; any revisions to this layout will go under a separate issue, as the initial setup required for this milestone has been completed.
