We need to establish a hosting service and setup specific deployment tactics / tools.

For right now, just the initial setup should suffice since we can test things on local servers by committing the code to GitHub and all accessing it.

Web-app is deployed and hosted at socialmonomania.herokuapp.com; any migrations to this system will have to come around another milestone as this suffices for all intents and purposes.

Closing this issue for now, since it has been resolved; updates to the website will be made regularly, but it has been assigned / deployed.
