Added ability set value on Synoptic Panel for Data Point settable

Description
You should check whether it is possible to configure the components on the synoptic Panel in such a way that it is possible to set values for Data Point settable. If this is not possible, add this option, or fixed if no working.

Example Data Point settable :

1. Created Virtual Data Source as vds (enabled, update: 1s);
2. Created Virtual Data Point as vdp (enabled, settable, numeric, no change, start value: 1) for vds;
