Merge omop_drug_lookup_create with unit, route and ddd #3

I would like to merge the table output from omop_drug_look up_create with a table extracted from ATC/DDD index.

The idea is that this should be a source table to match the DDD from instead of having to pull the data from the index for each time.

This is part of #2
