Two checks are red on main from live-chain drift, independent of any PR:
build-artifact: ExpectedGrantMissing(0x315b16fa…, 0x87a7811f…, 0x1c66D670…) on an unpinned Base head fork — reproduced on a workflow_dispatch control run on main (run 32600195627).
rainix-sol test: 30 live-fork state-assertion failures; the failing-test-name set is identical to main's scheduled currency run, red daily since at least 2026-08-17. The tests' own messages say the fix is a map-pin flip PR.
Discovered while proving PR #321's reds were not caused by its (byte-identical) toolchain bump — its full evidence trail is at #321 (comment).
Consequence: every PR inherits both reds, which trains reviewers to ignore the gates. Until the grant/pin expectations are updated, a PR's red on these two checks should be compared against main's runs before being attributed to the PR.
