SCANsat not loading?

I have installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled; I have tried moving the file around to get it where it needs to be to work properly. I cannot find a decent installation guide anywhere. No matter what I do I cannot get SCANsat parts to load in game. I am trying to use it sandbox before I try it in career mode just fyi. Please help?

I'm not sure either, remember this mod from back in the day and wanted to try it out, CKAN doesn't list it as compatible though, apparently the last game version of KSP compatible with SCANsat seems to be 1.10.8, using mod version 20.4 (also the latest release listed here).

I know, would be cool to have this mod again, but I have no clue about KSP modding and wouldn't even know where to begin with updating.

I'd suggest using CKAN as well, it helps to save time with issues like this with it's Version tab. Hope it helps!
