Scansat resource scanners crism, hyperion, and MISE all show that their scans are enhanced while landed, splashed, or prelaunch. This lead to some confusion on if I should use it on a rover. I belive this is from having EnhancedSituationMask = 7 in the ModuleKerbNetAccess.
