Describe your request

Thank you for this excellent plug-in. I have a (hopefully small) request.

I organize my highlights in the following way:

bibliography/
└─ a.pdf
└─ b.pdf
└─ c.pdf
notes/
└─ a.md
└─ b.md

Let's say I make a new highlight in a yet-unhighlighted c.pdf. I'd like that to create a file, notes/{{file.basename}}.md, AKA notes/c.md, and paste the annotation. In other words, I'd like an option for the auto-paste target file to always choose the value of "New note title format", disregarding last-pasted/opened/focused .md file.

Please let me know if this is achievable with existing functionality.
