Provide user to choose exercises among multiple list of exercises. #23

Currently, the Exercises are fixed in the Exercise Module class.
Users have to perform the same set of exercises. The user has no choice to choose any exercise.
So, there is a requirement to add the user exercise selection feature to the list of exercises.
