[BUG] Inconsistent API Request expand/collapse behavior - sometimes shows double arrow icon and cannot be unfolded #8755

I'm experiencing inconsistent behavior with the "API Request" section in the chat interface. Sometimes I can click to expand/unfold it to view the request details, but other times it displays a double-arrow icon (⇄) instead of the regular expand arrow (>), and clicking it does not unfold the content.
Is this behavior intentional? Is there a setting I can change to ensure the API Request is always expandable? Or is this a bug?

Expected result
The "API Request" section should always be expandable so I can view the request details.
Actual result
Sometimes: Shows a right arrow (>) icon that can be clicked to expand and view request content ✅ Other times: Shows a double-arrow (⇄) icon that cannot be expanded, preventing me from viewing request details ❌
