[BUG]Cannot scroll to correct position when editing long historical messages

When attempting to edit a long message in the conversation history, the interface fails to scroll to the correct position, making the edit area inaccessible.

Context (who is affected and when)

Any user attempting to edit their historical conversation messages when the message content is long. This happens every time when trying to edit such messages.

Reproduction steps

1. Open Roo Code and start a conversation
2. Send a message with long content (multiple paragraphs or extensive code)
3. Wait for the AI response
4. Try to edit the long message you sent by clicking the edit button
5. Observe that the interface does not scroll to show the edit area properly

Expected result

The interface should automatically scroll to show the edit area, making it fully visible and accessible for editing.

Actual result

The interface does not scroll correctly, preventing access to the edit area.
