In VS Keywords are purple for words such as return and if for example. Can this theme be updated to reflect this?

I would be happy to do this, but is no option to set the color for if/return statement. JetBrains has an Issue about this, but so far too few people have supported it. Please give your vote and say friends if you want this to be added:
