Use snappl.ImageCollection to find template for an image

1. [x] Search for templates using `snappl.ImageCollection`
2. [ ] Calculate effective area of overlap
3. [ ] Select image template to use.
4. [ ] Consider selecting two images, if neighboring SCAs from same exposure together cover most of image.
