Recurrent error in logs

Matomo Install Version: Unknown - pre 3.8.
Latest Available Version: 4.14.2
MySQL version: 8.0.33-0ubuntu0.22.04.2
OS: Ubuntu 22.04

I was able to make this plugin work with Matomo 5.1.0, and I have added two options:

• Your IPRegistry.co access token
• Default service
• in the general settings.
  Please check this and let me know if you have any Problem or suggestion
