"Propagate changes" feature doesn't work in latest versions

OS/device including version:
Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS x86_64

Issue description:
When using multiple duplicate group nodes, in 1.3 after making changes to one node clicking "propagate changes" does make all other duplicate nodes also change accordingly, but in most recent versions this feature seems to be broken and all the other nodes stay unchanged.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make group node
2. Duplicate it multiple times
3. Make changes to one of those group nodes
4. Click "propagate changes" in right-click group node menu

After talking with @RodZill4 in Discord, it seems there my be an unintended behavior in Material Maker 1.3 that could be addressed by this issue. According to the documentation: "When multiple instances of a subgraph node are used in a project, it is possible to ensure they are all identical (except for their parameter values)."
However, in Material Maker 1.3, the parameter values are also changing unexpectedly. I have attached a minimal example where this behavior can be reproduced.
