Assess including h2 styles for text-heavy sites

In rockarch.org, the Docs Site, and the Blog site, we have local h2 styles that are specific to sites that have a lot of text in them. Because these are repeated across multiple sites with some variation, we should look at streamlining them and figuring out if we should include those h2 styles in the Style Library.

Explore the best approach to including these h2 styles for text-heavy sites into the Style Library. Also look at custom heading adjustments in local styles across sites that have implemented the Style Library and determine if any of that can be standardized and included in the Style Library.
