0b file download

[minuq]

"Vorlesung BuA Einführung Blut GMN SS16.pdf" syncs as empty file, if i download it manually from moodle i get the correct file which is displayed in the Sync-my-l2p tooltip (screenshot). The issue

I'm running the latest version from github on Debian Stretch as well as Sync-my-l2p 2.4.0 on Mac OS 10.14.3. Both show the same behaviour.

This one should not have happened as the file was present, everytime i run Sync-my-L2P it gets redownloaded in varying file sizes, from 0b to 2mb and most recently as the correct file too.

I took a closer look as it made me curious that sometimes 2 files were present with apparently the same filename and noticed that sometimes the filename contains a "regular" ü and sometimes the unicode char 0308.

There have been some issues with the encoding of file names. So I guess, that this issue will be solved with the next version. Please reopen the issue if this is not the case
