Conceptualize the map first, and add a general idea here so we can be sure the game will function...
I think we either have one target that both players are trying to reach first or multiple that each defends
Maybe two maps... one for each idea?
The gameplay consists of energy gained to be used as points
monsters to attack objectives will be spawned on each player's "team" in an attempt to capture or destroy the other objectives
Monsters can be upgraded, and turrets can be upgraded using energy
upgrading one (monsters or turrets) too fast would mean weakness??? thus the gameplay is to out perform the opponent through strategic upgrades and timing
