OS: Windows 10
KSP: 1.12.1 (Technically 1.12.3 but un-versioned hotfixes by squad)
Problem: Probe Control Point Doesn't Work as expected, please allow Point-To-Point Control of Remote Probes as per Vanilla Comm Net.

Reproduction steps:
Step 1: Launch an Orbital Probe (here after Vessel A)
Step 2: Launch 2 Piloted Command Pod Mk3 (here after Vessel B) configured vessel.
Step 3: Land Vessel B on Kerbin OUTSIDE the comm net within the orbital path of Vessel A
Step 4: Wait for Vessel A to Pass Over Vessel B's Comm Reception OUTSDE KSC's Commnet
Step 5: Switch Active Vessel to Vessel A
Result: No Connection; No Control.
Expected Result: Connection with the Active Vessel, No Science Transmission, No (relayed) Network Generation.
