Stuck in installation in Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.5 (Ootpa #78

Hello, I try to instll rhsecapi in Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.5 running in ec2 instance.
I get this error when I run 'yum install rhsecapi':

[root@ip-10-100-0-10 ec2-user]# yum install rhsecapi
Updating Subscription Management repositories.
Unable to read consumer identity

This system is not registered with an entitlement server. You can use subscription-manager to register.

Repository copr:copr.fedorainfracloud.org:kwalker:rhsecapi is listed more than once in the configuration

Error:
 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides python3-argparse needed by rhsecapi-1.0.3-1.el8.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

I alrdy tried by adding --skip-broken and --nobest, not working. Can somebody help me about this?
