Add additional spam prevent features #2
Description
Some implementations against box spam could help improve the acceptance for GTNH pack.
1.Disable box in SP.
2.For MP allows box run only with tps lower than 15,or online player numbers >10
Features I mentioned above IMO follows the original design motivation which is solving MP server lag due to too many players(and their machines).
Now they are being spammed and I think solus above could help prevent some sort of spam.
