is it possible to Django tasks backend with db_worker in free tier?

I have a Django app and it takes too long on sending emails and I have a lot of sending emails on this app.
the problem is that I am a student and this is a project for the university but it could be used and I wants it to be deployed to be used so I will host it on pythonanywhere free tier. is it possible to make it run the db_worker on pythonanywhere free tier and is there is any other alternative is not?

I'm not familiar with pythonanywhere enough to comment. If it can run multiple processes, then sure. Alternatively, if you can have something run both Django and the db_worker command in a single instance (using some kind of process manager), then that would work too.
