Why is an EXCLUSIVE transaction_mode enforced? #141

We are running some AI tasks in the background, which are taking several seconds up to some minutes and as (with the database worker) the EXCLUSIVE transaction mode is enforces during startup, this lead to the object being blocked for read when they don't need to be. |

Yeah that was an oversight in my initial design. It's fixed in #132, but currently unreleased. |
