Disable idle button if user has an active task

Issue

Users can set themselves idle even though they have an active task(Just to stay on top). This can create confusion.

Description

If the user has an active task they should not be able to mark themselves as idle.

• What will happen if the issue is not fixed?
  • The users will be able to mark themselves idle even with an active task and now will stay on the top just to get attention or get new tasks.
  • This will create problems for the users who mark themselves idle after there are many people above them

Edge cases

• Set the user active if the state is idle in case he/she is assigned a task
• get the users who are active in RDS community not all users/ users who have left the comunnity
