(bug) : cross icon is not fixed on the TCR details modal

Description

• In this issue, we need to fix a very small bug, that is cross icon on the TCR details modal

Expected Behaviour

• The cross icon should be fixed at the top right corner

Current Behaviour

• The Cross icon is moving upwards when we scroll down.
