Group Page Revamp — Accurate Member Count & Last Added Date

Description

• The Groups page currently inflates member counts by including users who’ve left the Discord server.
• Furthermore, the group cards do not surface when the last user joined, limiting visibility into group activity trends.
• PRD for group revamp 2025

Current behaviour

• Member count also includes inactive users
• No "Last Added" information available on group card

Expected Behaviour

• Member count should reflect only active Discord members in real time.
• Each group card should display a new field:
  Last Added: [Date]
• On every join event, both the count and “Last Added” date update automatically.
