blank.svg downloaded when interacting with menu #226

looks like a blank.svg is added to the network panel in chrome every time a menu box is interacted with???
No clue why this is a thing. Seems to happen with all layouts. Tried DWR2pp and 4p plus new falcon dive....
I don't remember this ever being a thing before and have no idea why it's happening right now. Seems like it could be slowing down page interaction a bit though.
