Summary

Implement or document performance budget review for the Aegis Dashboard with typed behaviour, clear edge cases, tests, and contributor-ready documentation.

Current Behaviour

The Dashboard may not yet have a complete, reusable, and well-tested implementation for performance budget review, which can create duplicated logic or unclear contributor expectations.

Expected Behaviour

The repository should provide a clear performance budget review workflow that is safe for RWA/compliance use cases and consistent with the SDK, dashboard, and contract boundaries.

Suggested Implementation

Design the data model, add the implementation or documentation, connect it to relevant Aegis modules, add fixtures or tests, and update README/docs where applicable.
